The EuCAS plenary is held annually. The plenary is chaired on rotational basis by the head of delegation of an EuCAS Member State.
The aim of the EuCAS plenary meeting is:
- To share information on the progress of existing activities and the plans for future activities conducted by EuCAS partners
- To share national experience, good practices relating to enhancing safety and security in the member countries
- To promote IAEA services relating to capacity building, self-assessments and peer reviews
The EuCAS partners undertake outreach activities during the plenary, in order to keep EuCAS countries informed about the network activities and to provide practical guidance regarding efforts to enhance safety and security globally.
