Safety Package for Module 7:
Emergency Preparedness and Response

This safety package provides support to the implementation of arrangements for preparedness and response for a nuclear or radiological emergency as part of the overall safety infrastructure for a nuclear power plant programme.

It presents the existing legal instruments, IAEA Safety Standards, technical tools and services in Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) as well as relevant operational arrangements.

It is related, but not limited to, Actions 133-145 of SSG-16.
