This Module covers introduction and general requirements; types of maintenance; maintenance programmes; organization and functions; maintenance facilities and equipment; procedures, records and histories; conduct and control of maintenance work; material conditions; spare parts and materials; and outage management.
Case studies are in the form of a short presentation for the plenary session. It is expected that the trainees solve this case studies in groups. There are also 29 multiple choice questions that the lecturer can use for the weekly exam.
