This toolkit builds upon the six-step approach outlined in IAEA TECDOC-2098, Collaborative Reviews and Effective Leveraging, and provides resources for each step — such as guidance documents, templates, and questionnaires — to help the Recipient Regulator effectively utilize information provided by the Source Regulator.
