Assistance is primarily delivered through capacity building activities, discussion fora to exchange experience and field missions to provide expert advice to national authorities of participating States. Delivery of procured items is generally limited to the software and hardware necessary to operate the IAEA’s Regulatory Authority Information System (RAIS).
