The RAFN was born from an initiative of the 2015-2016 promotion of the PGEC organized in Morocco. Indeed the idea came because of a problem related to the post-training period of the different participants. Once equipped with knowledge to help their country protect workers from the public, and the environment against the harmful effects of ionizing radiation, the fact is that as soon as they return to their respective countries, some are either under exploited or even practically more in the field of acquired training.

In addition to this, there is a difficulty of monitoring and traceability of these trained people. Hence the interest of the creation of the RAFN, for the conservation of achievements through the activities it will implement.
