The ORPAS review against IAEA Basic Safety Standards (GSR Part 3) is the core component of the ORPAS process. However, Safety Fundamentals and other related Safety Requirements are also used in an ORPAS review to cover all facilities and activities where occupational radiation protection is applied, as well as technical service providers and regulatory bodies. 

Below is the IAEA reference material that is generally used for the ORPAS reviews:
