RP Fact Finding Mission
	This could be part of an interdepartmental service and also tailored to requests of MS
Purpose	To evaluate and to advice new IAEA Member States or on request of existing MS on Radiation Safety Matters at facilities and activities applying ionizing radiation. The mission is based on all IAEA Safety Standards and guidance and results can be used as prerequisite for further activities.
Audience	Regulatory body and governmental authorities, host country generally
Team composition	NSRW staff + other IAEA staff from other Departments
Duration	1 week
Expected output	Mission report with findings and recommendations for activities to be initiated or taken by the MS or IAEA. The mission report identifies in radiation protection where the situation should be improved to meet international standards.
