Advisory mission for source safety
List of modules	No specific modules - each mission is tailored to MS request
Purpose	Advisory missions on the regulatory infrastructure for the control of sources are offered by NSRW/RIT. They intend to strengthen and enhance the regulatory infrastructure of the Member States in the field of radiation safety and the security of radioactive sources by providing advice and guidance on improvement. The missions are based on IAEA safety standards and guidance, as well as the Code of Conduct on the Safety and Security of Radioactive Sources.
Audience	Regulatory Bodies, when they exist, otherwise Governments
Team composition	One NSRW/RIT staff + 2/3 external experts
Duration	3-5 days
Expected output	A mission report with findings, recommendations and suggestions
Average usage in 2005-2010
Recommended frequency	On request from MS
